摘要
实验室COD废水含有大量的Cr^(6+)、Ag^(+)和Hg^(2+)等重金属离子,若不经处理直接排放,会对生态环境造成不利影响。采用氧化还原法和中和沉淀法处理实验室COD废水中重金属离子,通过单因素实验和正交实验优化了处理条件。结果表明,当葡萄糖加量为10 g时,废水中Cr^(6+)完全转化为Cr^(3+);当氯化钠加量为2.1 g时,废水中Ag^(+)去除率为100%;在氢氧化钠加量为5.0 g、反应时间为20 min、反应温度为20℃的最佳条件下,总Cr和Hg^(2+)综合去除效率最佳,去除率分别为75.13%、86.51%。
COD wastewater from laboratory contains a large number of heavy metal ions such as Cr 6+,Ag+,and Hg 2+,which will have adverse effects on the ecological environment if it is discharged directly without treatment.We treated the heavy metal ions in COD wastewater from laboratory by redox method and neutralization precipitation method,and optimized the treatment conditions by single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments.The results show that Cr 6+can be completely transformed into Cr 3+when the glucose dosage is 10 g.The removal rate of Ag+in wastewater can reach 100%when the dosage of sodium chloride is 2.1 g.Under the optimal conditions as follows:the sodium hydroxide dosage of 5.0 g,the reaction time of 20 min,and the reaction temperature of 20℃,the comprehensive removal efficiency of total Cr and Hg 2+is the best,and the removal rates are 75.13%and 86.51%,respectively.
