Online learning power have become a prominent hot topic with online learning has become one of the important learning style.According to the Self-determination Theory, construct an online learning power model of motivation-behavior-performance,using NVivo12.0 qualitative software by a three-level coding method based on grounded theory to analysis the information of 7 online lectures from S University and 8 online continuing education students from Y University respectively.Specifically, the model includes five dimensions:online learning motivation, engagement, skills, emotions, and performance. The learning motivation consists of goal orientation and value significance;Learning engagement consists of conscious cognition, behavioral effort, and social support; The implementation of learning skills lies in three aspects:learning strategies, information analysis ability, and comprehensive ability;Learning emotions have two categories:positive and negative emotions;Learning performance is reflected in two levels:learning performance and learning satisfaction. From an educational perspective, the teacher must be strengthened the online learning experience, enhanced teaching design and intervention, and improved online learning performance evaluation in order to improve the online learning power of students.
