摘要
冠状动脉CT血管成像(CCTA)已被证明是一种有效的无创诊断冠状动脉疾病的方法,但它所提供的解剖学信息仍然不足以准确反映患者血流动力学的变化。而基于冠状动脉CT血管成像基础上发展而来的无创性的血流储备分数(FFRCT)能有效诊断冠状动脉狭窄和评估相关血流动力学改变,已逐渐发展并受到广泛关注。本文将对FFRCT的应用进展做一综述。
CCTA has been proven to be an effective noninvasive method for diagnosing coronary artery disease,but the anatomical information it provides is still insufficient to accurately reflect the changes in the patient′s hemodynamics.FFRCT developed on the basis of CCTA can effectively diagnose coronary artery stenosis and evaluate related hemodynamic changes,which has been increasingly developed and has received widespread attention.This article reviews the application progress of FFRCT.
