摘要
为探讨科研型小班制人才培养模式对本科生科学与人文素养的影响,对来自昆明医科大学不同年级和专业的54名本科生采用科研型小班制培养,并在教学活动中结合思政教育,对不同年级本科生开展标准统一的科学及人文素养评价。研究发现,科研型小班制在学生人格塑造、知识体系、实践能力、创新能力等方面都具有重要的促进作用,为全国大多数具有科研实力的地方高校本科生个性化培养提供了一个独特的视野和思路。
In order to explore the impact of small-class teaching on the scientific and humanistic qualities of un-dergraduates,54 undergraduates from different grades and majors of Kunming Medical University were trained by small-class system,and unified evaluation of the scientific and humanistic qualities of undergraduates of different grades was carried out in combination with ideological and political education in teaching activities.It is found that the small-class system plays an important role in promoting students’personality shaping,knowledge sys-tem,practical ability and innovation ability,and provides a unique vision and thought for the individualized train-ing of undergraduates in most local universities with scientific research strength.
