摘要 采用非等温差示扫描量热(DSC)法研究了可降解生物基含酯键环氧树脂固化动力学,分别建立了n级反应动力学模型、自催化模型以及结合n级反应和自催化模型的分段模型,并将模型预测值与实验数据进行了对比分析。结果表明,n级反应模型与实验曲线的偏差较大,自催化模型与实验曲线变化趋势基本一致,但仍然存在一定偏差,而结合两者的分段模型与实验曲线吻合较好,表明分段模型能更准确地描述该环氧树脂体系的固化反应过程,为其树脂基复合材料固化成型工艺条件优化提供理论指导。 The curing kinetics of degradable bio-based epoxy resin containing ester bond was studied by non-isothermal differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The n-order reaction model,the autocatalytic model and the piecewise model combined by n-order and autocatalytic models were established in sequence.By comparing the model prediction and experimental data,it is concluded that the deviations between the results from n-order reaction model and the experimental curves are large.Although the trends of results from autocatalytic model and experimental curve are basically consistent,there are still deviations.The predictions from piecewise model are in good agreement with the experimental curves,which indicates that the piecewise model could describe accurately the curing reaction process of the epoxy resin system,and provide a theoretical guidance for the optimization of curing process conditions of the resin matrix composites.
