熵权法+GIS在公路网国土空间规划评价中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Entropy Weight Method+GIS in the Evaluation of Land Spatial Planning of Highway Network

通过GIS采集各地区水运、铁路、空运等交通数据,以及常住人口、机动车保有量、GDP等城市活跃度相关指标,利用熵权法赋予其不同的权重,结合地形地貌特征与城市类型,建立了地理规划评价和人文规划评价模型;综合规划评价充分利用了分项评价结论,分析了“突出优势”和“补短板”两种不同的发展思路,并以湖南省高速公路国土空间规划成果为例,得到了湖南各市州高速公路网国土空间规划评价结论,提出了相应建议,为下阶段湖南省高速公路网进一步优化布局提供参考。

By collecting traffic data such as water transport,railway and air transport in various regions through GIS,as well as relevant indicators of urban activity such as resident population,motor vehicle ownership and GDP,and giving them different weights by entropy weight method,and combining topographic and geomorphic characteristics and urban types,the evaluation models of geographical planning and human planning are established;The comprehensive planning evaluation makes full use of the sub item evaluation conclusion,analyzes the two different development ideas of"highlighting the advantages"and"supplementing the weaknesses",and takes the results of Hunan Province s expressway land space planning as an example,obtains the conclusion of Hunan s expressway network land space planning evaluation,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions,which provides a reference for the further optimization and layout of Hunan Province s expressway network in the next stage.
