摘要
闸门的安全性评估是闸科学管理的关键环节。鉴于传统单一评估方法赋权存在的局限性,综合考虑闸门安装质量、启闭力、腐蚀程度等安全性评价指标,针对某些评价指标具有不确定性和模糊性的特点,引入动态组合赋权算法,重点考虑时间推移下弧形钢闸门各评价指标权重的变化,利用三标度法与熵值法得到组合权重,最终实现评价指标权重的主、客观与动静相结合,构建了基于动态组合赋权的弧形钢闸门安全性云评价模型。工程应用结果表明:所建立的评价模型不仅能定量且直观地反映弧形钢闸门安全性评价结果等级,而且能体现评价等级的时间推移规律,使得评价结果更符合实际情况,可以更好地反映钢闸门的运行情况。
The safety evaluation of the steel gate is crucial to the scientific management the device.In consideration of the limitations of traditional single evaluation methods of the existing arc steel gate,the installation quality,opening and closing force,corrosion degree and other safety evaluation indexes are considered comprehensively.Aimed at the characteristics of uncertainty and fuzziness in certain evaluation indicators compared with the traditional safety evaluation,the timing weighting algorithm was introduced to emphasize the change of each index of steel gate under the passage of time,and the combined weight was obtained by using the three-scale method and the entropy method.Finally,the combination of weights,and the combination of dynamic and static subjective and objective weights was realized,and a scientific and reliable cloud evaluation model of the safety state of the arc steel gate based on dynamic weighting was constructed.The engineering application results show that the established evaluation model can not only quantitatively and intuitively reflect the safety evaluation level of the arc steel gate,but also reflect the time evolution law of the evaluation level,making the evaluation results more in line with the actual situation and better reflecting the operating status of the steel gate.
