层次分析法在煤矿区工业遗产价值评价体系中的应用研究

Application of Analytic Hierarchy Process in Evaluation System of Industrial Heritage Value in Coal Mine Areas

以某煤矿区工业遗产为研究对象,结合煤矿区工业遗产价值的构成内容,从本体价值和再利用价值2个角度构建工业遗产价值评价体系,并以此为基础实施工业厂区、工业遗址建筑单体的价值评估及分析。根据分析结果实施煤矿区工业遗产分级保护,介绍煤矿区工业遗产再利用策略,旨在为后续煤矿区工业遗产的价值评估和分级保护提供参考。

Taking the industrial heritage of a coal mine area as the research object,combined with the composition content of the value of industrial heritage in the coal mine area,the value evaluation system of industrial heritage is constructed from two perspectives of ontology value and reuse value,and on this basis,the value evaluation and analysis of industrial factory and industrial site building monomer is implemented.According to the analysis results,the classification protection of industrial heritage in coal mine area is implemented,and the reuse strategy of industrial heritage in coal mine area is introduced,aiming at providing reference for the subsequent value assessment and classification protection of industrial heritage in coal mine area.
