船舶主机曲轴和轴带发电机驱动轴法兰高精度铰制螺栓孔的加工

摘要 文章深入分析影响铰制螺栓孔镗孔加工精度的原因,提出从增加精镗次数、调整镗刀、修正吃刀深度、调整位置度、提升量具精度、增加珩磨工序6个方面改进加工工艺。通过多次试验验证,证明这些方法可以在仅利用曲轴和中间轴的前提下,成功实现驱动轴法兰高精度铰制螺栓孔的加工。 Through an in-depth analysis of the reasons that affect the machining accuracy of reamed bolt holes,this paper proposes to optimize the machining process from six aspects:increasing the number of fine boring times,adjusting the boring tool,correcting the cutting depth,adjusting the positional degree,improving the accuracy of measuring tools,and adding honing processes.Through multiple experimental verifications,the paper proves that the proposed method can successfully achieve machining of high-precision reamed bolt holes for flange using only crankshaft and intermediate shaft.
