元代士人与地理术士交游考略

Textual Research on the Situation of Literati Socializing with the Geomancer in the Yuan Dynasty

元朝政府虽多次下令禁止民间阴阳相地邪说,但地理风水之术依然流行不辍。出于卜葬、择居等社会需求,元代士人和地理术士之间交游不断,并逐渐成为一种社会习尚。地理术士亦主动攀附士人,通过求取诗序提高自己的名气,以期赢得社会广泛认可,获得更为丰厚的物质收益和精神回报。科举制的停废促使士子完成了由儒士至业术的身份转换,这一群体的壮大强化了士人与地理术士之间的文化互动。元代士人与地理术士的交游既是一种出于共同兴趣爱好的文化共鸣,又是一个互惠互利的动态交互过程。

Although the Yuan government ordered many times to prohibit the folk Yin-Yang Theory,the geomantic omen was still popular.Due to the social needs of burials and residence selection,literati and Geomancer in the Yuan Dynasty made constant contacts,which gradually became a social practice.Geomancer also took the initiative to attach themselves to literati and improve their fame by seeking poetic orders,in order to win widespread recognition in society and obtain more abundant material and spiritual returns.The abolition of the imperial examination system promoted the literati to complete the identity transformation from Confucian scholar to Geomancer,and the growth of this group strengthened the cultural interaction between literati and Geomancer.The interaction between literati and Geomancer in the Yuan Dynasty was not only a kind of cultural resonance out of common interests,but also a mutually beneficial dynamic interaction process.
