多元组合训练对男性大学生心肺适能与肌肉适能的影响

Effects of Multiple Combination Training on the Cardiorespiratory Fitness and Muscle Fitness of Male College Students

摘要 该研究旨在探讨多元组合训练对男大学生心肺适能和肌肉适能的影响。以20名18~21岁的大学生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各10人,对照组正常参加每周2次的体育课;实验组在体育课上进行多元组合训练。周日下午额外进行一次多元组合训练,包括环节一:进行高抬腿、开合跳、马克操、交替弓箭步、俯身屈膝跳、波比跳6个动作;环节二:进行线段为20 m的图形跑练习,一共设计4种图形;环节三:进行为期12周的排球游龙戏珠训练。结果显示,与对照组相比,实验组学生的肌肉力量、最大肺活量和心肺适能提升幅度更大,其中最大心率、运动后3 min心率、最大肺活量、1500 m和立定跳远跑成绩显著改善,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。多元组合训练是一种安全、高效的训练方案,它能够在有效的时间内增加最大肺活量,增进和改善心肺适能与肌肉适能,降低最大心率。 This study aims to explore the effects of multiple combination training on the cardiopulmonary fitness and muscle fitness of male college students.Twenty college students aged 18~21 were taken as objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 10 students in each group.The control group normally participated in physical education classes twice a week.The experimental group received multiple combination training in physical education classes,and was conducted an additional multiple combination practice on Sunday afternoon,including Link 1:the 6 movements of high knee lifts,jumping jacks,marks exercises,alternating forward lunges,bent-over tuck jumps and Burpees,Link 2:carring out the figure running exercise with 20m line segment,which was designed a total of 4 kinds of figures,and Link 3:training the dragon play in volleyball for 12 weeks.The results showed that compared with the control group,the muscle strength,maximum vital capacity and cardiopulmonary fitness of students in the experimental group were improved more significantly,and that the performance of the maximum heart rate,heart rate at 3 minutes after exercise,maximum vital capacity,1500m and standing long jump was significantly improved,with statistical differences(p<0.05).Multiple combination training is a safe and efficient training program,and it can increase the maximum vital capacity,enhance and improve cardiopulmonary fitness and muscle fitness,and reduce the maximum heart rate in effective time.
