“双碳”目标下火电厂CO_(2)计量技术研究现状与展望 被引量:4

摘要 中国电力行业CO_(2)排放量是CO_(2)排放的主要来源,其中火电厂CO_(2)排放量在电力行业中占比最大。在“双碳”目标下,CO_(2)计量技术可以实现对火电厂中CO_(2)排放量的直观判断,为火电厂CO_(2)减排提供重要支撑,促进火电厂参与碳交易,带动区域经济发展。结合国内外政策,讨论了目前通用CO_(2)计量方法的实施进展,总结归纳了以碳核算为主、碳监测为辅的火电厂CO_(2)计量方法存在的问题,并对火电厂CO_(2)计量技术应用的重难点进行了分析。最后,对火电厂CO_(2)计量技术的发展及应用进行了展望。 The CO_(2) emissions of China power industry is the main source of CO_(2) emissions.The CO_(2) emissions of thermal power plants account for the largest proportion in the power industry.Under the goal of“double carbon”,CO_(2) accounting technology can realize the intuitive judgment of CO_(2) emissions in thermal power plants,provide important support for CO_(2) emission reduction in thermal power plants,promote thermal power plants to participate in carbon trading,and drive regional economic development.Combined with domestic and foreign policies,the implementation progress of the current general CO_(2) accounting methods was discussed.The problems existing in the CO_(2) accounting methods of thermal power plants based on carbon accounting and supplemented by carbon monitoring were summarized.The key and difficult points of the application of CO_(2) accounting technology in thermal power plants were analyzed.Finally,the development and application of CO_(2) accounting technology in thermal power plants were prospected.
