不同锌源对珍珠龙胆石斑鱼生长性能、血清生化指标、抗氧化能力及微量元素沉积的影响

Effects of Different Zinc Sources on Growth Performance,Serum Biochemical Indices,Antioxidant Capacity and Trace Element Deposition of Pearl Gentian Grouper(Epinephelus lanceolatu×E.fuscoguttatus♀)

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲料添加不同锌源对珍珠龙胆石斑鱼生长性能、血清生化指标、抗氧化能力及微量元素沉积的影响。选择270尾体重[(10.00±0.05)g]相近的珍珠龙胆石斑幼鱼,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾。无机锌组在基础饲料中添加30 mg/kg(以锌计)的硫酸锌(ZnSO_(4)组),试验组则在基础饲料中分别添加等量的赖氨酸锌(Lys-Zn组)和组氨酸锌(His-Zn组)。试验期56 d。结果表明:1)与ZnSO_(4)组相比,试验组蛋白质效率显著提高(P<0.05),饲料系数显著降低(P<0.05);His-Zn组终末均重、增重率和特定增长率显著提高(P<0.05)。2)与ZnSO_(4)组相比,试验组血清谷草转氨酶活性以及总胆固醇和甘油三酯含量显著降低(P<0.05);Lys-Zn组血清碱性磷酸酶活性显著提高(P<0.05)。3)与ZnSO_(4)组相比,试验组血清和肝脏总超氧化物歧化酶和铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(Lys-Zn组血清除外)活性显著提高(P<0.05),His-Zn组血清和肝脏丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05),His-Zn组血清过氧化氢酶活性显著提高(P<0.05)。4)与ZnSO_(4)组相比,试验组肌肉中铜和锌含量显著提高(P<0.05)。由此可见,氨基酸螯合锌在促进珍珠龙胆石斑鱼生长、提高抗氧化能力以及提高微量元素沉积方面的效果均优于硫酸锌,其中组氨酸锌的效果更佳。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different dietary zinc sources on growth performance,serum biochemical indices,antioxidant capacity and trace element deposition of pearl gentian grouper(Epinephelus lanceolatu×E.fuscoguttatus♀).A total of 270 pearl gentian grouper juveniles with similar body weight of(10.00±0.05)g were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates per group and 30 fish per replicate.The inorganic zinc group was supplemented with 30 mg/kg(calculated by zinc)zinc sulfate(ZnSO_(4) group)in the basal diet,and the experimental groups were supplemented with equal amounts of lysine-zinc(Lys-Zn group)and histidine-zinc(His-Zn group)in the basal diet,respectively.The experiment lasted for 56 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with ZnSO_(4) group,the protein efficiency ratio in experimental groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed coefficient ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the final average weight,weight gain rate and specific growth rate in His-Zn group were significantly increased(P<0.05).2)Compared with ZnSO_(4) group,the glutamic oxalacetic transaminase activity and the contents of total cholesterol and triglyceride in serum in experimental groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05);the serum alkaline phosphatase activity in Lys-Zn group was significantly increased(P<0.05).3)Compared with ZnSO_(4) group,the activities of total superoxide dismutase and copper-zinc superoxide dismutase(except the serum in Lys-Zn group)in serum and liver in experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),the malondialdehyde content in serum and liver in His-Zn group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the serum catalase activity in His-Zn group was significantly increased(P<0.05).4)Compared with ZnSO_(4) group,the contents of copper and zinc in muscle in experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,amino acid-zinc chelate is better than zinc sulfate in promoting the growth,increasing the antioxidant capacity and increasing the deposition of trace elements of pearl gentian grouper(Epinephelus lanceolatu×E.fuscoguttatus♀),and the effect of histidine-zinc is better.
