摘要
某1950型号双流板坯连铸机要增加电磁搅拌系统,需要对结晶器宽面插入件进行适应性新型结构设计。文章主要以方便安装电磁搅拌系统、减少对电磁搅拌系统的电磁干扰且不改变原热电偶布局为目标,介绍了结晶器宽面插入件背板的功能要求、材质选择、结构设计及铜板的功能要求、材质选择、厚度改薄后冷却水槽的布置等新型结构设计思路和方法,并通过铜板应力分析、铜板热解析,对新型结构进行了理论校验,结果表明,新型结构在实际使用中稳定、可靠、安全,能够满足生产需要。
In order to add an electromagnetic stirring system to a 1950 mm double-strand slab continuous casting machine,it is necessary to design a new adaptive structure for the wide surface insert in crystallizer.In order to facilitate the installation of the electromagnetic stirring system,reduce the electromagnetic interference to the electromagnetic stirring system and do not change the original thermocouple layout,this paper mainly introduces the functional requirements,material selection,structural design of the back plate of the wide surface insert in crystallizer and the functional requirements,material selection of the copper plate,the layout of the cooling water tank after thickness reduction,and other new structural design ideas and methods.Through the stress analysis and the thermal analysis of the copper plate,the theoretical verification is conducted on the new structure.The results show that the new structure is stable,reliable and safe in practical use and can meet the production needs.
