摘要
以太阳能储能系统下盖模流分析为例,反复修改流道和浇口截面尺寸与长度以及主流道位置,确定流道尺寸。运用MoldFlow对设计好的流道进行充填分析,以使成型达到流动平衡,并进行冷却、翘曲分析,预测成型缺陷,提出解决措施,为模具设计提供浇注系统和冷却系统方案和注射成型工艺参数,并应用于模具设计和实际生产。
Taking the mold flow analysis of the lower cover of solar energy storage system as an example,repeatedly modify the cross-sectional size and length of the runner and gate,as well as the position of the main runner,to determine the size of the runner.Use MoldFlow to conduct filling analysis on the designed flow channel to achieve flow equilibrium during molding,and conduct cooling and warping analysis,predict molding defects,propose solutions,provide pouring and cooling system solutions and injection molding process parameters for mold design,and apply them to mold design and actual production.
