连续PDCA改进法循环促进医院物资采购工作质量提升分析

Analysis of Continuous PDCA Improvement Method and Circular Promotion of Quality Improvement in Hospital Material Procurement Work

目的通过运用连续“计划-执行-检查-处理(plan-do-check-act,PDCA)”循环改进法促进医院物资采购工作的规范化和工作质量的持续改进。方法2019年1月—2022年12月将PDCA法运用于医院医疗设备、试剂耗材和后勤物资采购工作,在调研、分析的基础上,制订了一系列制度并强化制度执行,对第1轮PDCA循环中发现问题进行分类、分析,开展了第2轮和第3轮PDCA。结果运用连续PDCA法,医院物资采购工作的规范化和工作质量得到持续改进。结论通过树立预算意识、完善制度流程、加强信息化建设、注重协作沟通等综合措施,运用连续PDCA法确实能够有效提升采购工作质量,保证医院采购工作的规范性。

Objective To promote the standardization of hospital material procurement work and continuous improvement of work quality by using the continuous“plan-do-check-act(PDCA)”cycle improvement method.Methods From January 2019 to December 2022,the PDCA method was applied to the procurement of medical equipment,reagent consumables,and logistic materials in hospitals.Based on research and analysis,a series of systems were developed and strengthened to classify and analyze the problems found in the first round of PDCA cycle.The second and third rounds of PDCA were carried out.Results By using the continuous PDCA method,the standardization and quality of hospital material procurement work have been continuously improved.Conclusion By establishing budget awareness,improving institutional processes,strengthening information construction,and emphasizing collaborative communication,the use of continuous PDCA method can effectively improve the quality of procurement work and ensure the standardization of hospital procurement work.
