脓毒症相关急性肾损伤早期诊断及预后评估标志物的研究进展

摘要 急性肾损伤(AKI)是一种由于各种原因导致肾小球滤过功能和尿量急剧下降而引起的常见危重疾病[1]。近年来AKI的发病率及死亡率逐渐上升,有研究[2]显示,约20%的住院成人患者发生AKI,占ICU中成人患者约50%。长期以来AKI被认为患者死亡的独立因素,即使积极治疗,多数患者的肾功能也无法完全恢复,从而面临长期患病甚至死亡的风险。而对AKI患者的早期诊断将有助于他们的预后并降低死亡率,因此学者们对其进行了广泛而深入的研究。
