摘要
以12米单轴并联式混合动力城市公交车为例,来探讨并联式混合动力公交车关键零部件匹配选型的方法。以研发车辆的设计目标和基本参数作为数据输入,使用Simulink软件建立12米城市公交车整车物理模型和控制模型,进行分析计算得到研发车辆的关键零部件参数范围,并按照仿真计算结果,结合市场成熟度、可靠性、安全性等方面选择合适的零部件。本文旨在介绍关于混合动力公交车关键零部件匹配计算及选型方法,为混合动力公交车设计时有关关键零部件的选择提供方法和思路。
This article takes a 12 meter single axle parallel hybrid urban bus as an example to explore the method of matching and selecting key components of parallel hybrid buses.Using the design objectives and basic parameters of the R&D vehicle as data input,a physical model and control model of a 12 meter urban bus are established using Simulink software.The range of key component parameters of the R&D vehicle is analyzed and calculated,and appropriate components are selected based on simulation results,combined with market maturity,reliability,safety,and other aspects.This article aims to introduce the matching calculation and selection methods for key components of hybrid buses,and provide methods and ideas for selecting key components in the design of hybrid buses.
