质量敏感指标联合阶段递进式护理应用于消毒供应室对器械合格及院内感染的影响

Effect of Combined Quality Sensitive Index and Progressive Nursing in Disinfection and Supply Room on Device Qualification and Nosocomial Infection

目的 对于消毒供应室采取质量敏感指标联合阶段递进式护理后对器械合格及院内感染的影响进行分析。方法 消毒供应室2022年度采取常规护理模式(对照组),2023年度采取质量敏感指标联合阶段递进式护理(研究组)。分别在每个年度随机选出4300件器械(器械包共计100包),对比合格率(回收、清洗、消毒灭菌、包装、发放)。在年度收治使用器械的患者中各选取100例,对比院内感染率。以消毒供应室工作人员为研究对象(10名),比较护理质量。比较对护理的满意度。结果 研究组回收、清洗、消毒灭菌、包装、发放合格率均比对照组更高(P <0.05)。研究组院内感染率比对照组低,但无明显差异(P> 0.05)。研究组比对照组护理质量好(P <0.05)。护理满意度两组更高的是研究组(P <0.05)。结论 消毒供应室采取质量敏感指标联合阶段递进式护理可以提高器械合格率,预防院内感染,护理质量提高,满意度高。

Objective To analyze the influence of quality sensitive index combined with progressive nursing on equipment qualification and nosocomial infection in disinfection supply room.Methods In the disinfection supply room,routine nursing mode(control group) was adopted in 2022,and progressive nursing combined with quality-sensitive index was adopted in 2023(study group).4300 pieces of equipment(a total of 100 packages of equipment) were randomly selected each year,and the qualification rate was compared(recycling,cleaning,disinfection and sterilization,packaging and distribution).The nosocomial infection rate was compared with 100 cases in each of the patients who used the devices in the year.The nursing quality was compared with the staff of disinfection supply room(10 subjects).Compare satisfaction with care.Results The qualified rates of recycling,cleaning,sterilization,packaging and distribution in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nosocomial infection rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The nursing quality of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The two groups with higher nursing satisfaction were the study group(P<0.05).Conclusions The quality sensitive index combined stage progressive nursing in disinfection supply room can improve the qualified rate of equipment,prevent nosocomial infection,improve nursing quality and high satisfaction.
