摘要
消解校企隔膜是一项“多元”场域共同发挥效能的系统工程。目前,校企合作面临校企隔膜这一现实困境,主要表征为落地细则滞后、主体内驱力不足、产权界定不清、治理体系不善、文化融合不足。校企隔膜的成因主要包括主体间利益目标交集模糊、价值逻辑取向不同、内生文化博弈。从场域耦合的角度来看,破除校企隔膜存在可能,主要体现在人才供需诉求提供“中间道路”、软硬件资源优势互补提供有效衔接、文化吸引提供内隐动力、社会价值目标交叠提供良好形象。分析校企运作逻辑和场域耦合的条件,提出消解校企隔膜的可行性路径:完善共生法规架构,构建绩效评价动力机制,解除校企资源功能锁定,破除双重制度藩篱,凸显共融共通文化特质。
Eliminating school-enterprise separation is a systematic project in which the“multiple”fields work together to exert their effectiveness.At present,school-enterprise cooperation is facing the practical dilemma of the separation between schools and enterprises,which is mainly characterized by lagging implementation rules,insufficient internal driving force of the main body,unclear definition of property rights,poor governance system and insufficient cultural integration.The causes of school-enterprise separation mainly include the ambiguity of the intersection of interests and goals among subjects,different logic orientations of value,and endogenous cultural games.From the perspective of field coupling,it is possible to break school-enterprise separation,which is mainly reflected in the“intermediate way”provided by the demand for talent supply and demand,the effective connection provided by the complementary advantages of software and hardware resources,the implicit power provided by cultural attraction,and the good image provided by the overlap of social value goals.This paper analyzes the operation logic of school-enterprise cooperation and the conditions of field coupling,and puts forward the feasible path to eliminate school-enterprise separation:improving the symbiotic legal framework,building the dynamic mechanism of performance evaluation,reliecing the functional locking of school-enterprise resources,breaking down the barriers of dual systems,and highlighting the characteristics of inclusive and common culture.
