摘要
通过自上而下地展开,吸收质量功能配置的思想,对建设过程中影响智能化系统的因素进行统筹考量。通过逐层迭代的方式,直观展示不同技术方案对业主满意度的影响,为建筑设计提供可比较的方案效益评价,也为设计明确后续技术路径。
By using a top⁃down approach and using the concepts of quality function deployment,the factors that affect the intelligent system in the construction process are comprehensively examined.By using the level⁃by⁃level iteration method,the impact of different technical solutions on the owner’s satisfaction is intuitively revealed,so as to provide comparable solution benefit evaluation that can be useful in architectural design and to determine the future technical route for the design.
