摘要
猪流感病毒(SIV)在猪群中广泛传播,给养猪业造成重大的经济影响。流感病毒主要是通过病毒基因组的突变和不同来源流感病毒基因组的重新组合来完成自身的进化。通过以上两种方式产生的流感病毒对动物的致病性和传播性会出现显著改变。在这篇综述中,我们对影响SIV致病性和传播性的关键氨基酸位点的突变进行了归纳和分析,为进一步研究SIV的致病机制等方面奠定了基础。
Swine influenza virus(SIV)is widely spread in the swine population and has a significant economic impact on the pig industry.Mutations in the viral genome and recombination of influenza virus genomes from different strains often occur during evolution.The pathogenicity and transmissibility of influenza viruses produced by the above two methods will be significantly changed.In this review,we summarized and analyzed the mutations of key amino acid sites that affected the pathogenicity and transmissibility of SIV,and laying the foundation for further research on the pathogenic mechanism and other aspects of SIV.
