摘要
描述了一种高效的可见光诱导富电子烯烃的三氟甲基化/偕二氟烯丙基化三组分串联反应。三氟甲基(—CF_(3))自由基由市售的三氟甲磺酸钠(CF_(3)SO_(2)Na)生成,依次与富电子烯烃和α-三氟甲基烯烃相匹配,最后通过β-F消除得到多氟烯烃。该方法的优点是反应条件温和,官能团耐受性好,底物范围广,反应效率高,为药物和天然产物衍生物的后期改性提供了更多可能。
An efficient,redox-neutral and visible-light-induced three-component tandem trifluoromethylation/gem-difluoroallylation reaction of electron-rich alkenes is described.Trifluoromethyl(—CF_(3))radical is generated from commercially available sodium trifluorome-thanesulfinate(CF_(3)SO_(2)Na),which is matched with the electron-rich alkene andα-trifluoromethyl alkene in turn,and finally,the polyfluoroolefin is obtained byβ-F elimination.The advantages of this method are mild reaction conditions,excellent functional-group tolerance,broad substrate scope,and high reaction efficiency,which provides an opportunity for the late-stage modification of pharmaceuticals and natural product derivatives.
