摘要
科学家精神的传播和塑造需要多元主体参与,以产生协同效应。科学家精神传播的受众也是多元化的,由于不同受众追求不同的传播效果,需要构建分层传播和协同推进机制。基于科学家精神形成的生命周期,科学家精神传播的PESI模型得以提出,它分别针对社会大众、教育系统、科学共同体和产业系统,明确了传播和塑造科学家精神的任务、方式和预期效果,通过“五不一有”原则构建科学家精神塑造与传播的协同推进机制,从科学家精神的传承体系、培育体系、传播体系和转化体系四个方面建立了科学家精神分层传播矩阵,由此形成了科学家精神分层传播的策略体系,它可为弘扬科学家精神的实践工作提供参考。
The communication and shaping of the spirit of scientists requires multiple participants to produce a synergistic effect.The target audience of the spirit of scientists communication are also diversified,and different communication effects pursued by different audiences,so it is necessary to construct a stratified communication and coordinated promotion mechanism.We have proposed the PESI model of the spirit of scientists based on the lifecycle of it,which specifies the tasks,methods and expected effects of communicating and shaping the spirit of scientists for the public,the education system,the scientific community and the industry respectively.We have constructed a coordinated promotion mechanism by adopting the principle of “five nos and one have” for the shaping and dissemination of the spirit of scientists.At the same time,we have established and improved the layered communication matrix of the spirit of scientists from four aspects,namely,inheritance system,cultivation system,dissemination system and transformation system.Finally,we have formed a strategy system of stratified communication of the spirit of scientists,which provides reference for the practical work of promoting the spirit of scientists.
