摘要
目的:探索标准化病人(SP)在中医临床专业外科学急腹症情景模式下的教学应用。方法:选取安徽中医药高等专科学校中医临床专业学生64人,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组32人;对照组采用传统的教学模式,实验组采用SP情景模拟教学法;从理论水平、技能操作、诊断及综合反馈四个维度比较两种方法的教学效果。结果:实验组学生理论考试成绩优于对照组(P=0.006);实验组学生技能操作方面、诊断能力方面、综合评价方面等级情况均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在中医临床专业学生的见习阶段,SP急腹症情景模拟教学的教学效果较好,建议在外科学急腹症教学中应用。
Objective:To explore the application of Standardized Patient(SP)in the scene model teaching of acute abdomen in surgery of clinical major of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods:A total of 64 students of TCM clinical major in Anhui College of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 32 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching model,and the experimental group adopted the SP scenario simulation teaching method.skill operation,diagnosis and SP feedback.Results:In the theory examination,the mean scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P=0.006).The excellent level of the experimental group were better than that of the control group in the aspects of operation skill,diagnosis ability,and comprehensive evaluation(P<0.01).Conclusion:In the probation stage of TCM clinical students,SP scenario simulation teaching of acute abdomen has a good teaching effect,and it is recommended to apply this teaching method in the teaching of surgical acute abdomen.
