摘要
在地铁盾构隧道工程中,石油管线作为重大风险源,在盾构穿越过程中需要严格控制管线的沉降变形。文中结合地铁盾构隧道工程的特性,提出一系列的工程处理措施,并采用有限元软件对盾构下穿石油管线施工过程进行数值模拟分析,与实际沉降数据比对,结果表明文中提出的工程处理措施对于控制管线变形较为有效,同时为类似工程提供参考。
In a subway shield tunneling project,oil pipelines are a major risk source,therefore strict control of pipeline settlement and deformation is required during the shield tunneling process.Based on the characteristics of subway shield tunnel engineering,this article proposes a series of engineering treatment measures and uses finite element software to conduct numerical simulation analysis of the construction process of shield tunneling through oil pipelines.The results are compared with practical settlement data,indicating the proposed engineering treatment measures are effective in controlling pipeline deformation,providing the reference for similar projects.
