摘要
水光联合外送可促进新能源消纳,但光伏出力预测的不确定性会影响水光互补优化调度的经济性和安全性。提出一种考虑外送输电容量限制的梯级水光互补联合发电系统日前鲁棒调度方法。考虑光伏出力不确定性,构建水光互补联合发电系统的日前调峰鲁棒优化调度模型,该模型以最小化受端电网剩余负荷峰谷差为目标,计及梯级水电的上、下游水力耦合约束。采用高效线性化方法对梯级水电运行的非线性模型进行处理,并利用对偶方法实现鲁棒模型的确定性转化。算例仿真结果表明,利用所提方法制定的梯级水电发电计划能充分考虑光伏出力的不确定性,兼顾联合发电系统调峰效果和光伏消纳,实现梯级水电和光伏的互补运行。
Hydro-photovoltaic combined transmission can promote renewable energy accommodation.However,the uncertainty of photovoltaic output forecasting will impact the economy and security of optimal dispatching of hydro-photovoltaic complementation.A day-ahead robust dispatching method for cascaded hydro-photovol-taic complementary combined power generation systems is proposed considering the transmission capacity constraints.Considering the uncertainty of photovoltaic output,a day-ahead peak-shaving robust optimal dis-patching model for hydro-photovoltaic complementary combined power generation systems is developed,which aims to minimize the peak-valley difference of residual load in the receiving-end power grid,considering the upstream and downstream hydraulic coupling constraints of cascaded hydropower.A high efficient linearization method is adopted to deal with the nonlinear model for cascaded hydropower operation,and the dual method is used to realize the deterministic transformation of the robust model.The example simula-tive results show that the cascaded hydropower power generation plan formulated by the proposed method can fully consider the uncertainty of photovoltaic output,balance the peak-shaving effect and photovoltaic accommodation of the combined power generation systems,and realize complementary operation of cascaded hydro-photovoltaic.
