不同填料的配比对医院建筑修缮用胶粘剂影响研究

摘要 针对填料种类和填料复配对胶粘剂试样稠度、拉剪强度和压剪强度的影响问题,优化了填料复配比例。结果表明,在进行填料复配处理后,ZT-100/A23复配体系的稠度相对ZT-100有所增加,可以一定程度上解决稠度大而难以搅拌的问题。随着ZT-100/A23填料配比或者ZT-100/400A填料配比从1∶2增加至9∶1,胶粘剂试样的拉剪强度和压剪强度都呈现先增加后减小的特征,在填料配比为1∶1时取得拉剪强度和压剪强度最大值。胶粘剂体系的热重从大至小顺序依次为:A23、ZT-100/A23、ZT-100;复配填料胶粘剂的热重介于2种单一填料之间,且填料A23的耐热性能最好,ZT-100/A23填料的耐热性次之。 In response to the influence of filter types and combinations on the viscosity,tensile shear strength,and compressive shear strength of adhesive samples,the filler combination ratio was optimized.The results showed that after the filler compounding treatment,the viscosity of the ZT-100/A23 compounding system increased compared to ZT-100,which solved the problem of high viscosity and difficulty in stirring to some extent.As the ratio of ZT-100/A23 filler or ZT-100/400A filler increased from 1∶2 to 9∶1,the tensile and compressive shear strength of the adhesive sample showed a characteristic of first increasing and then decreasing.The maximum values of tensile and compressive shear strength were obtained when the filler ratio was 1∶1.The thermal weight of the adhesive system in descending order was:A23,ZT-100/A23 and ZT-100.The thermal weight of the composite filler adhesive was between two types of single fillers,and the heat resistance of filler A23 was the best,followed by the heat resistance of ZT-100/A23 filler.
