摘要
强健的体魄是大学生享受校园生活、学习专业技能和未来职业发展的基础。在高等教育改革背景下,高校对大学生体质健康给予了高度的重视,为大学生参与体育训练创设了有利条件。但由于课余时间安排不合理、对体育课重视程度不足,以及运动场地和体育器械不完善等因素的影响,大学生的体质健康状况并不乐观。基于此,该文从个人、学校和家庭3个维度,探究了影响大学生体质健康的常见因素,并提出了加大对体质健康的宣传力度、发展运动爱好、关注个体差异实行分层分类教学、转变家庭教育观念等建议,为提高大学生体质健康水平提供有益借鉴。
A strong body is the foundation for college students to enjoy campus life,learn professional skills and develop future careers.In the context of higher education reform,colleges and universities have paid higher attention to college students'physical health,creating favorable conditions for college students to participate in sports training.However,due to the influence of factors such as the irrational arrangement of after-school time,insufficient attention to physical education classes,and imperfect sports venues and sports equipment,the physical health status of college students is not optimistic.Based on this,this paper explores the common factors affecting college students'physical health from three dimensions:individuals,schools and families,and puts forward the suggestions of increasing the publicity of physical health,developing sports hobbies,paying attention to individual differences to implement stratified and classified teaching,and changing the concepts of family education,which provides useful models for promoting the level of college students'physical health.
