摘要
架桥机在道路桥梁工程中应用较为广泛,并取得了良好的经济社会效益。在码头工程中架桥机在安装构件作业过程中受水流、潮汐、波浪等自然条件影响较小,其安装效率较传统的起重船吊装工艺提高很多,总体安装成本低。本文以福建漳州LNG项目码头工程为实例,介绍架桥机在重力墩式码头上的应用[1],总结施工过程中采取的方法。
Bridge erecting machine has been widely used in road and bridge works,which leads to good economic and social benefits.Since the machine is less affected by the natural conditions such as water flow,tide and wave during the installation of wharf components,the installation efficiency is much higher than that of the traditional barge lifting process,complete with lower cost.Fujian Zhangzhou LNG terminal project serves as a reference for the application of bridge erecting machine in gravity-pier wharf,including the methods adopted in the construction.
