摘要
膏体充填开采顶板稳定性控制的效果受上覆岩层载荷、煤体、充填体的力学特性等因素影响。为了研究膏体充填开采条件下顶板稳定性的影响因素,本文以新河煤矿5303充填工作面为工程背景,基于弹性地基梁理论,建立了膏体充填开采煤壁-支架-充填体控顶力学模型,推导了直接顶挠度的解析解,分析得到充填体弹性地基系数和上覆岩层载荷是影响采空区顶板最大挠度的主要因素;煤壁弹性地基系数是影响充填采场顶板最大挠度的主要因素,结合相关参数给出了直接顶挠度随各影响因素的变化规律,并提出了膏体充填开采顶板稳定性控制方法。
The effect of roof stability control in paste filling mining is influenced by factors such as overlying strata load,mechanical properties of coal and backfill,etc.In order to study the influencing factors of roof stability under paste filling mining conditions,based on the elastic foundation beam theory in Xinhe Coal Mine 5303 filling face,a mechanical model of coal wall support filling roof control in paste filling mining was established,and an analytical solution of direct roof deflection was derived.It was found that the elastic foundation coefficient of the filling body and the load of the overlying strata were the main factors affecting the maximum roof deflection in the goaf;The elastic foundation coefficient of coal wall is the main factor that affects the maximum roof deflection of filling stope.Based on relevant parameters,the variation rule of direct roof deflection with various influencing factors is given,and a roof stability control system for paste filling mining is proposed.
