摘要
以山西工程技术学院大学生为研究对象,重点调查了学生对挫折的认知、抵抗挫折的能力、遭遇挫折的类型、对抗挫折能力差的归因以及对挫折教育的认知五个方面的态度。结果显示,大学生普遍具有提升抗挫折知识与技能的需求,而且不同年级学生应对挫折存在较大差异。基于此,提出应对策略:强化挫折对个体发展的积极影响,使大学生树立积极应对挫折的人生态度;针对大学生遭遇的不同挫折类型,确定挫折教育的重点内容;重视大学生对日常生活压力的处理,提升其抗挫能力;引导大学生对挫折进行正确的归因,培养其自信心及自我效能感。
The article takes students from Shanxi institute of technology as the research object and focuses on investigating their attitudes towards frustration from five aspects,namely,the cognition of frustration,the ability to resist it,the types of frustration encountered,the attribution of poor ability to resist it,and the cognition of the frustration education.The results show that college students generally have the need to improve knowledge and skills in resisting setbacks,and there is a big difference among students from different grades in coping with it.Based on this,the proposed coping strategies are:strengthening the positive influence of frustration on individual development so as to make students establish a positive life attitude to deal with it;determining the key content of frustration education based on the different types of setbacks students encountered;pay attention to college students’dealing with daily life stress to enhance their frustration-resistant ability;guiding students to make correct attribution of frustration to cultivate their self-confidence and self-efficacy.
