摘要
某900×10^(4)m^(3)/d天然气净化厂硫磺回收装置主风机KT-070801,为SFOG型单级高速离心压缩机。本文针对其近期多次出现的振动超高联锁故障,致使无法正常启机。从拆解、排查主机和附件,发现IGV叶片断裂被吸入机组,断裂叶片与压缩机叶轮剧烈碰撞,导致振动超高和叶轮损坏,在更换IGV叶片和压缩机叶轮后恢复正常。还从IGV阀位异常、IGV叶片材质和中控监盘3个方面深入探讨故障产生的根本原因。
The main fan KT-070801 of the sulfur recovery unit in a 900×10^(4)m^(3)/d natural gas purification plant is an SFOG single-stage high-speed centrifugal compressor.This paper focused on the recent occurrence of vibration ultra-high interlocking faults,which have caused the inability to start normally.After disassembling and inspecting the main comprssor and accessories,it was found that the IGV blades were broken and sucked into the unit.The broken blades collided violently with the compressor impeller,causing excessive vibration and damage to the impeller.After replacing the IGV blades and compressor impeller,it returned to normal.This paper also discussed the root causes of faults from three aspects of abnormal IGV valve position,IGV blade material and central control monitoring disk.
