香佛安神方治疗肝郁气滞型失眠临床观察

Xiangfo Anshen Prescription in Treating Insomnia of Liver Qi Stagnation Type

目的观察香佛安神方治疗肝郁气滞型失眠的临床疗效。方法将141例肝郁气滞型失眠患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,比例为3∶1,治疗组服用香佛安神方,对照组服用安慰剂,连续4周。记录治疗前后2组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)、中医肝郁证候积分、焦虑自评量表(Self rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(Self⁃rating depression scale,SDS)评分变化,判定香佛安神方的临床疗效。结果治疗组失眠愈显率、总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后PSQI积分、中医肝郁证候积分、SDS和SAS评分显著低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。2组未见明显不良反应。结论香佛安神方可改善失眠,缓解肝郁情绪,对肝郁气滞型失眠具有明显的临床疗效,且安全性良好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiangfo Anshen prescription in treating insomnia of liver qi stagnation type.Methods A total of 141 patients with insomnia of liver qi stagnation type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with a ratio of 3∶1.The treatment group took Xiangfo Anshen prescription,and the control group took placebo for 4 weeks.The changes of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),TCM Syndrome Score,Self⁃rating anxiety scale(SAS)and Self⁃rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded to determine the clinical efficacy of Xiangfo Anshen prescription.Results The cure rate and total effective rate of insomnia in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).PSQI scores,TCM liver depression scores,SDS and SAS scores in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment and control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in two groups.Conclusion Xiangfo Anshen prescription can improve insomnia,relieve liver depression mood,has obvious clinical effect on insomnia of liver qi stagnation type,and has good safety.
