摘要
通过光催化降解能有效处理有机染料污染物,从而解决水污染的问题。本文分别采用热解法和水热法制备聚酰亚胺(PI)和Bi_(2)WO_(6),再利用超声辅助沉积法制备PI/Bi_(2)WO_(6)复合物,并且对样品进行XRD、FT-IR、UV-DRS等表征。以罗丹明B(RhB)染料溶液作为水污染模型,考察了所制备的PI/Bi_(2)WO_(6)复合物对有机染料的光催化降解性能,发现各种比例的PI/Bi_(2)WO_(6)复合物的光催化活性均明显高于单体PI和Bi_(2)WO_(6),其中1∶2 PI/Bi_(2)WO_(6)复合物对RhB的降解效果最好。在50 mg 1∶2 PI/Bi_(2)WO_(6)催化剂作用下,对50 mL、浓度为20 mg·L^(-1)的RhB溶液光照24 min,降解率达到98.5%。循环实验表明,所制备的1∶2 PI/Bi_(2)WO_(6)复合光催化剂比单体Bi_(2)WO_(6)具有更高的稳定性。
Photocatalytic degradation is capable of effectively treating organic dyes contaminatnts and solving the problem of water pollution.In this paper,Polyimide(PI)and Bi_(2)WO_(6)are prepared by pyrolysis and hydrothermal method,respectively.Then,the PI/Bi_(2)WO_(6)composites are prepared by ultrasonic assisted deposition method,and the samples are characterized by XRD,FT-IR and UV-DRS.The photocatalytic performance of the as-prepared PI/Bi_(2)WO_(6)composites for the degradation of organic dyes is investigated with Rhodamine B(RhB)dye solution as a water pollution model.It is found that all of the PI/Bi_(2)WO_(6)composites with various proportions have exhibited significantly higher activity than that of monomer PI and Bi,WOg,and the 1:2 PI/Bi_(2)WO_(6)composite has showed the best degradation efficiency for RhB.The degradation rate for 50 mL of 20 mg·L^(-1) RhB solution has reached 98.5% after irritation for 24 min when catalyzed by 50 mg of the 1:2 PI/Bi_(2)WO_(6)catalyst.The cyclic experiments indicate that the as-prepared 1:2 PI/Bi_(2)WO_(6)composite photocatalyst has higher stability than the monomer Bi_(2)WO_(6).
