摘要
以绗缝机夹子的短板为例,基于Moldflow有限元分析软件,合理确定了塑件的浇口位置和浇口形式,精确预测出塑件的充型时间、注射压力、锁模力等工艺参数,并分析出塑件的体积收缩率及熔接线、气穴等潜在缺陷的位置。有限元模拟结果为注塑成型设备的选型和成型工艺参数的合理制定提供了可靠依据,为模具的优化设计提供了方向。基于Moldflow分析结果,设计出一套一模两腔侧浇口、带斜导柱侧向分型与抽芯机构的注塑模具并一次性试模成功。Moldflow有限元分析软件在注塑模设计中的应用不仅有效降低了模具设计的成本和周期,也为同类零件的模具优化设计提供了参考。
In this paper,the short plate of quilting machine clamp is taken as an example,and the reasonable gate position and gate form of plastic parts are determined based on Moldflow finite element analysis software.The filling time,injection pressure and clamping force of the plastic parts are accurately predicted.The simulation results also predict the volume shrinkage rate of plastic parts and the defects such as fuse weld lines and cavitation.The simulation results provide a reliable basis for the selection of injection molding equipment and the setting of molding process parameters,and provide a direction for the optimization design of mold.Based on the above analysis results,a set of injection mold with two cavities and side gate,side parting with inclined guide pillar and core pulling mechanism was designed and successfully tested at one time.The application of Moldflow analysis software in the design of plastic mold can not only effectively reduce the cost and cycle of mold design,but also provide a reliable reference for the optimization design of mold for similar parts.
