生态文学的内涵对于公众生态文明素养培养的作用与价值——以《瓦尔登湖》为例

摘要 生态文学蕴含着丰富的生态思想内涵和生态智慧,故倡导广泛阅读、学习、欣赏、传播生态文学无疑有助于提升公众的生态素养,甚至形塑他们的生态品格,进而成为自觉守护人与自然生命共同体的中坚力量。美国生态文学家梭罗的《瓦尔登湖》(1854年)是享誉世界的生态文学名篇,其以独特的瓦尔登湖生活实践和奇绝的文学想象诠释了人与非人类自然世界之间的关系,并借此提出了一种“绿色生存范式”,以消解西方传统文化中人与自然二元分裂的惯性思维,实现人与自然永续和谐共生的可能文化路径。有鉴于此,透过生态批评的视野对《瓦尔登湖》作简要探析,以期对国内广大公众、生态文学的教学和创作有所启迪。 Ecological literature is rich in ecological thinking and wisdom,so advocating comprehensive read-ing,learning,appreciation,and dissemination of ecological literature undoubtedly helps to improve the public's ecological literacy,and even shape their ecological character,thereby becoming a key force in consciously guard-ing the life community of human and nature.Walden,a world-renowned ecological literary masterpiece by Ameri-can ecological writer Henry David Thoreau,published in 1854,interprets the relationship between humans and the non-human natural world through his unique Walden Lake life practice and extraordinary literary imagination.Through this,the author proposes a"green survival paradigm"to dispel the inertial thinking of the dual split between humans and nature in Western cultural traditions,realizing a possible cultural path for sustainable harmo-nious coexistence between humans and nature.In view of this,a brief analysis of Walden from the perspective of ecological criticism is conducted,hoping to inspire the teaching and creation of ecological literature for the general public in China.
