校企协同创新机制下人才培养模式路径的探索

Exploration on the Path of Talent Cultivation Mode under School-Enterprise Collaborative Innovation Mechanism

随着职业教育的深入发展,社会发展对职业院校学生就业能力的培养有了新的需求,区域发展离不开地方院校对专业人才培养的积极探索,通过分析当前纺织专业学生培养现状的基础上,结合地方发展的定位与特点,联合企业共同细化专业学生就业能力培养所面临的机遇与挑战,探索校企协同创新机制下纺织服装产业发展体系的构建方法与人才培养模式的路径,对促进专业学生职业技能及就业能力培养的途径,提出了相应改进措施和建设思路。

With the in-depth development of vocational education,there is a new demand for the cultivation of students"employment ability in vocational colleges and universities,and the regional development can not be separated from the active exploration of professional personnel training in local colleges and universities.On the basis of analyzing the current cultivation situation of students majored in textile,combined with the positioning and characteristics of local development,collaborate with the enterprises to refine the opportunities and challenges faced during the training of professional students'employment ability.The paper probes into the construction methods of the development system of textile and garment industry and the path of personnel training mode under the school-enterprise collaborative innovation mechanism,and puts forward some corresponding improvement measures and construction ideas for promoting the cultivation of professional skills and employment ability of professional students.
