摘要
在天然气田脱水工艺中,采用三甘醇脱水工艺的天然气处理系统需通过入口过滤分离装置脱除固体杂质、重烃组分、游离水滴以减少下游脱水负荷。在日常生产中,传统入口过滤分离装置存在腔室液位无法稳定、管线节流冻堵、天然气窜入火炬罐等问题。经分析,传统入口过滤分离装置液位无法稳定的原因主要是液位调节阀压差大、集液腔体积小。针对此问题,提出一种新型入口过滤分离装置。现场应用结果表明,该装置能够有效增加入口过滤分离装置液位调节阀背压,缓冲上游来液冲击而保障其液位稳定,减少火炬放空气,节能减排效果良好,可在天然气田的三甘醇脱水工艺系统中广泛推广应用。
In the dehydration process of natural gas field,the natural gas treatment system adopting triethylene glycol dehydration process needs to remove solid impurities,heavy hydrocarbon components and free water droplets through the inletfilter separator to reduce the downstream dehydration load.In daily production,the traditional inletfilter separator has problems such as unstable liquid level in the chamber,freezing and blocking of pipeline throttling,and natural gasflowing into theflare tank.The main reasons for the unstable liquild level of the traditional inletfilter separator are the large pressure difference of the liquid level regulating valve and the small volume of the liquid collecting chamber,are a new inletfilter separator device is innovatively proposed to solve this problem.The on-sitefield application shows that the device can effectively increase the back pressure of the liquid level regulating valve of the inletfilter separator,buffer the impact of the upstream liquid to ensure the stability of its liquid level,reduce the venting of theflare,and achieve good results in energy conservation and emission reduction.It can be widely used in the triethylene glycol dehydration process system of natural gasfields.
