摘要
为了避免洗手液中抑菌成分对皮肤造成危害和对环境造成污染,以天然植物提取物艾草精油为抗菌成分制备了一款洗手液。抑菌实验结果表明,艾草洗手液在稀释100倍、1 000倍和10 000倍时,抑菌率均为100%,与75%(体积分数)乙醇的抑菌效果相同,抑菌效果好。清洁力实验表明,用该洗手液清洗后,水分保持在56%以上,油分保持在20%左右,去油保湿效果较好;发泡力实验表明,艾草洗手液的发泡力在100 mm以上,符合国家标准;红细胞溶血性实验表明,在浓度梯度在0.1 g/L~1.0 g/L范围内,艾草精油洗手液对眼部的刺激性为轻度刺激,在更低的质量浓度范围0.001 g/L~0.010 g/L范围内,为微弱刺激性,表明该洗手液的刺激性较小,对皮肤温和。总之,该艾草精油洗手液是一款较理想的抑菌护肤洗手液。
To avoid the harm of antibacterial ingredients in hand sanitizers to the skin and pollution to the environment,this experiment prepared a hand sanitizer using natural plant extract mugwort essential oil as the antibacterial component.The antibacterial experiment results indicated that the mugwort hand sanitizer exhibited a 100%antibacterial rate when diluted 100 times,1000 times,and 10000 times,demonstrating a similar antibacterial efficacy to 75%ethanol.The cleanliness experiment revealed that using this hand sanitizer left the skin with a moisture content above 56%and oil content around 20%,showcasing effective oil removal and moisturizing effects.The foaming force experiment demonstrated that the mugwort hand sanitizer generated a foaming force exceeding 100 mm,meeting national standard.The hemolysis test of red blood cells showed that within the concentration gradient range of 0.1 g/L-1 g/L,the eye irritation caused by the mugwort essential oil hand sanitizer was mild,while in lower concentration ranges of 0.001 g/L-0.01 g/L,the irritation was weak,indicating minimal and mild skin irritation caused by the hand sanitizer.In summary,this mugwort essential oil hand sanitizer is considered an ideal antibacterial skincare product.
