摘要
本文介绍了在化工装置中,仪表电缆、防爆电缆接头及现场仪表接线盒等元件的分类和选型,分析了敷设方式和流程,提出了新型蚁群算法的电缆敷设的设计和应用;并在此基础上,结合具体工程实例,介绍了目前较为成熟、可靠的仪表线路设计方法,同时指出了一些应注意的问题。
This paper introduces the classification and selection of instrument cables,explosion-proof cable joints and field instrument junction boxes in chemical equipment,analyzes the laying methods and processes,and puts forward the design and application of new ant colony algorithm for cable laying.On this basis,combined with concrete engineering examples,more mature and reliable instrument circuit design methods are introduced,and some problems that should be paid attention to are pointed out.
