摘要
本文以高功率电机效率测试实验平台为研究对象,参照电机试验方法--输入输出法进行电机效率试验。同时考虑到运行电机温度引起的损耗变化,以及对实际效率的影响,根据电机的运行温度和环境对测量数据进行修正。在保证电机效率测试平台安全和经济的前提下,设计了电动机的测试电路与主要零部件。对于同一类型的电机,记录电机壳体温度和一定时间内的功率,将电机加载运行到指定功率,记录电机此时的输入输出参数,并进行参数计算,最终达到高功率电机效率的测试目的。
This article takes the high-power motor efficiency testing experimental platform as the research object,and refers to the motor testing method-input output method for motor efficiency testing.At the same time,considering the changes in losses caused by the operating motor temperature and the impact on actual efficiency,the measurement data is corrected based on the operating temperature and environment of the motor.On the premise of ensuring the safety and economy of the motor efficiency testing platform,the testing circuit and main components of the motor were designed.For the same type of motor,record the temperature of the motor shell and the power within a certain period of time,load and run the motor to the specified power,record the input and output parameters of the motor at this time,and calculate the parameters.The ultimate goal of testing the efficiency of high-power motors is achieved.
