科技金融生态系统、价值独占与企业创新关系研究

Research on Relationship between Fintech Ecosystem,Value Monopoly and Corporate Innovation

本文分析科技金融生态系统对企业技术创新的影响机理,并探讨价值独占对两者间关系的调节作用。结果表明,科技金融生态系统共生度与整体技术创新之间存在U型关系,但与核心技术创新之间仅存在线性关系;价值独占负向调节科技金融生态系统共生度与企业技术创新间关系;高价值独占企业可以通过提升研发创新盈利能力摆脱对金融机构的依赖,快速攫取创新收益,减弱科技金融生态系统的创新驱动效应。低价值独占企业由于自身的知识泄露风险导致创新价值受损使其难以获得金融资金支持,对技术创新产生抑制作用。因此,要提升科技金融共生度,注重知识产权保护,并使研发创新与商业化有序衔接,以保障价值独占正向作用发挥。

This paper analyzes the influence mechanism of the fintech ecosystem on the technological innovation of enterprises,and discusses the regulating effect of value monopoly on the relationship between them.The results show that there is a U-shaped relationship between the symbiosis of fintech ecosystem and the overall technological innovation,but there is only a linear relationship with the core technology innovation;value monopoly negatively regulates the relationship between the symbiosis of fintech ecosystem and enterprise technology innovation;high-value monopolies can get rid of their dependence on financial institutions by improving the profitability of R&D and innovation,quickly capture innovation benefits,and weaken the innovation-driven effect of the fintech ecosystem.It is difficult for low-value monopolies to obtain financial support due to the damage of innovation value caused by their own knowledge leakage risk,which inhibits technological innovation.Therefore,it is necessary to enhance the symbiosis of fintech ecosystem,focus on the protection of intellectual property rights,and orderly link up the innovation and commercialization,so as to ensure the positive role of value monopoly.
