摘要
本研究采用水热法制备花状Bi_(2)WO_(6),然后将离子液体(IL)/Bi_(2)WO_(6)复合材料滴涂到ITO电极,制备得到IL/Bi_(2)WO_(6)/ITO光电极并成功应用于多巴胺的含量测定。本文采用X-射线衍射(XRD)光谱、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征Bi_(2)WO_(6)的结构和形貌,通过安培电流-时间曲线法(i-t)、电化学阻抗谱法(EIS)研究传感器的检测性能。结果表明,在最优条件下,基于IL/Bi_(2)WO_(6)/ITO构建的光电化学(PEC)传感器对多巴胺检测具有较高的灵敏度和稳定性,在0.25~37.5μmol/L浓度范围内具有良好的线性响应,检测限为0.093μmol/L(S/N=3)。
In this study,flower-like Bi_(2)WO_(6)was prepared by hydrothermal method,and then the photoelectrochemical(PEC)for the detection of dopamine was developed based on IL/Bi_(2)WO_(6)/ITO photoelectrode.The structure and morphology of Bi_(2)WO_(6)were characterized by X-Ray Diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The detection performance of the sensor was studied by Amperometric i-t Curve(i-t)and Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).Under the best conditions,the PEC sensor shows satisfactory selectivity,sensitivity and stability to dopamine.The PEC sensor has outstanding selectivity,sensitivity and stability for detection of dopamine and produces a linear response in the concentration range of 0.25~37.5μmol/L.The detection limit was 0.093μmol/L(S/N=3).
