洞庭湖生态经济区智慧城市社会治理研究

Research on Social Governance of Smart Cities in Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone

本文以洞庭湖生态经济区为研究对象,以社会治理问题为切入点,探讨了基于大数据的智慧城市社会治理路径,并提出了相应的建议。研究发现,湖南湘江新区在智慧城市建设和社会治理方面进行的一些尝试,可以为洞庭湖生态经济区智慧城市社会治理提供借鉴,并提升社会服务的精确度和高效性。洞庭湖生态经济区政府应在加强数据管理和隐私保护、建立开放的数据平台、加强政策法规的制定等方面推动智慧城市社会治理,以解决洞庭湖生态经济区智慧城市社会治理问题,提升社会治理的效能,构建江湖协同治理引领区。

Taking the social governance issues as the entry point,the article explores the social governance path of smart cities based on big data in the Dongting lake ecological economic zone,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.The research has found that Hunan Xiangjiang new area has made some attempts in the construction of smart cities and social governance,which can provide reference for the social governance of smart cities in the Dongting lake ecological economic zone,and improve the accuracy and efficiency of social services.The government of Dongting lake ecological economic zone should promote the smooth progress of social governance in smart cities by strengthening data management and privacy protection,establishing open data platforms,and strengthening the formulation of policies and regulations.The recommendations proposed in this article have important guiding significance for solving the social governance problems of smart cities in the Dongting lake ecological economic zone,improving the efficiency of social governance,and building a leading area for collaborative governance in the rivers and lakes.
