摘要
U型冷拉钢板桩具有占地少、施工速度快、挡土效果好等优点,在江苏水运工程航道整治中被广泛应用于新建护岸、船闸引航道、锚地临时围堰、基坑围堰等工程。文章依托实际施工案例,在航道新建护岸黏土层较厚地质情况下,通过施工实践与摸索,并结合施工过程中遇到的问题及对应措施,阐述了钢板桩沉桩施工工艺、技术准备及质量控制要点,旨在为类似工程提供参考。
U-shaped cold-drawn steel sheet pile has the advantages of less land occupation,fast construction speed and good retaining effect.It is widely used in newly-built revetment,ship lock approach channel,anchorage temporary cofferdam,foundation pit cofferdam and other projects in waterway regulation of Jiangsu water transportation engineering.Based on actual construction case,under the geological condition of thick clay layer in the newlybuilt revetment of the waterway,this paper expounds the construction technology,technical preparation and quality control points of steel sheet pile sinking through construction practice and exploration and combined with the problems encountered in the construction process and the corresponding measures,in order to provide reference for similar engineering.
