优质护理服务在儿童青少年门诊小切口腋部臭汗症手术中的应用

Application of high quality nursing service in children and adolescents with axillary bromidrosis surgery through small incision in outpatient department

目的探讨优质护理服务在儿童青少年门诊小切口腋部臭汗症手术中的应用效果。方法选取2021年7月至2023年3月在临沂市费县人民医院门诊手术室行小切口腋部臭汗症手术治疗的86例患儿作为研究对象,按照单双号法将其分为对照组(43例)与观察组(43例)。对照组采用常规护理服务,观察组采用优质护理服务,比较两组护理总满意率、并发症总发生率和护患纠纷发生率。结果观察组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率、护患纠纷发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务在儿童青少年门诊小切口腋部臭汗症手术中应用,可以降低并发症及护患纠纷发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing service in children and adolescents with axillary bromidrosis surgery through small incision in outpatient department.Methods A total of 86 children who underwent small incision axillary bromidrosis surgery in the Outpatient Operating Room,Fei County People’s Hospital of Linyi City from July 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the odd-even number method,they were divided into control group(43 cases)and observation group(43 cases).The control group received routine nursing service,while the observation group received high quality nursing service.The total satisfaction rate of nursing,the total incidence of complications and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing service in outpatient department small incision axillary bromidrosis surgery of children and adolescents can reduce the incidence of complications and nurse-patient disputes,and impr ove nursing satisfaction.
