火力发电机组RB成功率提升方法与分析

摘要 RB是辅机故障减负荷(RUNBACK)的简称。如果火力发电机组在正常运行过程中出现锅炉侧或汽轮机侧重要辅机跳闸的工况,为防止事故进一步扩大,机组负荷指令将会按照预先设定的速率快速下降,在保证机组不灭火甚至跳闸的前提下,降至剩余运行辅机所能允许的负荷水平为止。为此,大型机组自动控制中设计了此功能,一旦发生机组某一重要辅机故障,机组则自动快速减负荷至实际工况所能达到的最大负荷值上稳定运行。 RB is the abbreviation of auxiliary equipment fault load reduction(RUNBACK).If an important auxiliary equipment trips on the boiler side or turbine side during normal operation of a thermal power unit,in order to prevent the accident from further expanding,the unit load instruction will decrease rapidly according to a preset rate,and under the premise of ensuring that the unit does not flame out or even trip,it will drop to the load level allowed by the remaining running auxiliary equipment.To this end,this function is designed in the automatic control of large units.Once a fault occurs in an important auxiliary equipment of the unit,the unit will automatically and quickly reduce the load to the maximum load value that can be achieved under the actual working conditions and operate stably.
