缬沙坦联合非洛地平治疗高血压合并慢性肾功能衰竭的效果

Efficacy of Valsartan Combined with Felodipine in the Treatment of Hypertension Combined with Chronic Renal Failure

目的:分析缬沙坦联合非洛地平治疗高血压合并慢性肾功能衰竭的效果。方法:选取2022年2月-2023年2月安顺市西秀区人民医院收治的高血压合并慢性肾功能衰竭患者104例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和联合组,各52例。对照组采用非洛地平治疗,联合组采用缬沙坦联合非洛地平治疗。比较两组治疗前后血压水平、肾功能指标及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,两组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组SBP、DBP水平均下降,且联合组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组24h尿蛋白、血肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组24h尿蛋白、Cr、BUN水平均下降,且联合组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:缬沙坦联合非洛地平治疗高血压合并慢性肾功能衰竭的效果较好,可有效调节患者血压水平,改善患者肾功能,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of valsartan combined with felodipine in the treatment of hypertension combined with chronic renal failure.Methods:A total of one hundred and four patients with hypertension combined with chronic renal failure treated in Anshun Xixiu District People's Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and combination group by random number table method,with fifty-two cases in each group.The control group was treated with felodipine,and the combination group was treated with valsartan combined with felodipine.Blood pressure level,renal function index and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of SBP and DBP in both groups decreased,and the combination group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in 24 h urinary protein,serum creatinine(Cr)and urea nitrogen(BUN)levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,24 h urinary protein,Cr and BUN levels in 2 groups were decreased,and the combination group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in combination group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan combined with felodipine has a good effect in the treatment of hypertension combined with chronic renal failure,which can effectively regulate the blood pressure level of patients,improve the kidney function of patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
