摘要
随着桥梁重载化和桥梁结构轻便化的发展趋势,钢筋混凝土薄壁式桥墩在实践中得到了越来越广泛的应用。本文对于钢筋混凝土薄壁式桥墩的施工全流程质量控制进行了详细的介绍,概述了其从前期准备到后期养护的全流程施工过程。此外,为了保证钢筋混凝土薄壁式桥墩的施工质量,应该充分考量夏季高温和冬季低温对其施工的影响,论文对上述两点进行了综述,归纳了钢筋混凝土薄壁式桥墩在两种极端情况下施工中存在的问题,并对其作用机理进行了重点分析,剖析了高低温施工质量控制的重难点问题,最后提出了相应的解决措施。相关内容可为施工技术人员提供参考。
With the development trend of heavy-duty bridges and lighter bridge structures,reinforced concrete thin-walled piers have been more and more widely used in practice.This paper gives a detailed introduction to the quality control of the whole process of construction of reinforced concrete thinwalled bridge piers and outlines the whole process of construction from preliminary preparation to postmaintenance.In addition,to ensure the construction quality of reinforced concrete thin-walled piers,the influence of high temperature in summer and low temperature in winter should be fully considered.The existing problems in the construction are analyzed,besides,the mechanism of action is analyzed,furthermore,the key and difficult problems in the quality control of high and low-temperature construction are analyzed.Finally,the corresponding solutions are put forward.Relevant content can provide a reference for construction technicians.
